Hey so a lot of people including me are having this bug where after completing the Erchius Mining Facility quest the FTL drive does not get fixed. I found a solution that I will put here for anyone else that is having this problem as it seems like there are a lot of you.

To start the mission, talk to S.A.I.L. They will transport you to the abandoned facility. You will need to find a way to get the power back on in the facility.
